An initiative of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the CE Leadership Group, the goal of this program is to

provide professional and business development training to empower entrepreneurs and business owners to develop crucial competencies in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and time management. Enhance personal attributes like communication, leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence, enabling you to collaborate, build relationships, navigate complexity, resolve conflicts, and adapt for long-term success in today's dynamic business landscape. Full Scholarships are now available for both PMAHCC and Non-PMAHCC businesses thanks to a generous grant from the Hillman Family Foundation.

The Business Success Academy equips entrepreneurs with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to enhance their day-to-day business operations. By implementing the insights gained from the program, businesses can experience improved leadership, streamlined processes, effective communication, and sustainable growth.

Program Structure

The cohort will participate in:

  • Live Workshops + 1 Graduation Ceremony

  • Twice a month during 4 consecutive months

  • Print & Digital Advertisments for each Small Business

  • Video discussions and private forums permanently accessible online

  • Participating businesses will receive Marketing or Financial Consulting Services at no additional Cost

  • Businesses will receive a video to utilize for marketing purposes following the conclusion of the program

  • Businesses will build on their Technical Competencies and Personal Skills around creating and leveraging positive relationships.
